Christmas Finest Awards
Christmas Finest seeks out the best of Christmas everywhere. From websites to products to services — if it is related to Christmas we find it and recognize it.
There are two methods of recognition by Christmas Finest: Site of the Week and the annual Christmas Finest Awards.
Nominations are open through October 31st each year. To become a nominee, a web site must be recommended to us by site users. Nominated sites are allowed to display this graphic.
As nominations come in we review them, categorize them, and eventually AWARD them!
A Site of the Week winner will be reviewed by the editors of Christmas Finest and featured here on our website. These features are syndicated onto other Christmas websites, bringing a site selected as Site of the Week new visitors and traffic. Each Site of the Week winner will be given a special graphic to post on their website.
The Annual Christmas Finest Awards are given to sites who maintain their Christmas presence online year round. Over the years of publishing Christmas online our editors have sadly witnessed great websites who just suddenly disappear — while others continue to serve year after year without interruption. We seek to recognize those stalwarts of the Christmas community who maintain their Christmas presence and raise the quality of Christmas online with their ongoing efforts.
Finalists are selected from amongst thousands of entries by our editors and are notified no later than November 15th of each year.
We recognize just the winner in each category and notify them by Thanksgiving. There are two awards given per category each year: Editor’s Choice and Reader’s Choice awards. Each award carries a special logo, a certificate, and a press release to major news organizations.
